Over the past two years, Globacare has worked closely with Mesh AI to support and manage their employee health and protection benefits across private medical insurance, group life, and critical illness.

What began as a broker replacement has developed into a long-term partnership, with ongoing day-to-day support embedded into their business.

The Challenge

Mesh initially approached Globacare after becoming dissatisfied with their previous broker relationship.

Key issues included:

  • Lack of proactive advice and strategic direction
  • Rising premiums with little explanation or forward planning
  • Limited visibility of insurer tools and available support
  • No clear long-term approach to managing costs and cover

Despite multiple policies in place (income protection, group life, critical illness, and PMI), there was no joined-up strategy or ongoing engagement.

Our Approach

Following initial discussions, Globacare was appointed as Mesh’s broker across all employee health and protection lines.

While some policies had already renewed, we identified an opportunity to immediately review their private medical insurance and implement a longer-term strategy.

  • Market Positioning Repositioning the PMI arrangement to allow for stronger insurer engagement at future renewals
  • Clarity & Education Providing clear guidance on insurer tools, benefits and available support, ensuring the business fully understands and utilises their cover
  • Ongoing Support Acting as a day-to-day partner to the business, supporting both the leadership team and employees with queries, claims and general servicing
