The "10% Discount on Hospital Charges offer promotion" needs to be quoted at the time of booking (either by telephone or online), and when attending at the chosen Circle Health Group Hospital team, to ensure that the discount can be applied to your treatment quotation.

We will verify whether you are eligible for the Promotional Offer when your treatment quote is provided to you. This will include us asking you for your personal details in line with the requirements that we have set out in paragraph 3.3 below.
The 10% Discount on Hospital Charges Offer will be deducted from your treatment cost. No alternative offers are available. No cashback is available.
