Charlotte is a renewals broker who specialises in looking after clients when their policies come up for renewal. She has spent the last four years working within the private medical insurance industry, building the skills and knowledge that underpin the support she offers today.
At Globacare, Charlotte’s primary focus is to review clients’ changing needs, make sure their cover still fits their circumstances and guide them through the renewal process with clarity and confidence. She brings a strong process-driven approach to each review, always aiming for better outcomes and a smooth, reassuring experience for the families she works with.
Known for her funny, courageous and bubbly personality, Charlotte builds genuine, long-term relationships with her clients. She takes the time to really get to know the people and families she supports, so it feels less like a transaction and more like having a trusted point of contact who’s on your side year after year.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a mum to a young baby girl and is currently navigating life as a new parent, embracing the play dates, coffee dates, swimming sessions and baby classes that come with this stage of family life.
