Will has been with us since we started nearly six years ago and has played an integral role in the success of the business and our client's financial wellbeing. Having previously worked for Axa Health as a health insurance specialist before being promoted to leading a high-performing team there, he has the skills and experience required to oversee all aspects of sales operations. He's passionate about his team and knows how important it is to hire the right people and look after them so they, in turn, do the same for our clients. As part of the founding team, his hard work and dedication have helped build Globacare into a flourishing brokerage, with arguably some of the best brokers in the market, that consistently provides a top-class service for clients.
I’m very much aligned with Tobias in that I believe the customer always comes first, and throughout my time here, I’ve worked to ensure that our team of brokers sees the same. I enjoy supporting my team in achieving their personal goals, alongside providing quality advice and peace of mind to our clients. Seeing the team go the extra mile, solve problems and offer solutions gives me great satisfaction. Insurance is incredibly important, especially when it’s protecting your health, life or income, and I take a lot of pride in knowing that we’ve helped so many clients over the years.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and being outdoors whenever possible. My hobbies include mountain climbing, clay pigeon shooting, motocross, cycling, the gym and more!
